3. Accounts and eligibility

When you register on Prodoctiv, you agree to:

5. Appointments and care

Prodoctiv facilitates connections between patients and independent healthcare professionals. The doctor–patient relationship exists directly between you and the provider. Prodoctiv is not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of medical care.

Regarding appointments:

• Appointment requests, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations are subject to each doctor's availability and policies.
• You are responsible for attending scheduled visits or notifying the doctor within a reasonable time if you cannot attend.
• Fees, insurance, prescriptions, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare professional and applicable regulations.

6. Community forum

The Prodoctiv community allows users to share experiences and health-related discussions. When participating, you must:

• Not share content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading.

By using the doctor dashboard, professionals confirm that information published on their profile is accurate, that patient data is handled responsibly, and that Prodoctiv may review or suspend access in case of misconduct or regulatory concerns.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use Prodoctiv to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operations.
• Collect user data without authorization or scrape the platform without permission.
• Share illegal content or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for fraudulent bookings, fake reviews, or deceptive practices.
• Circumvent security measures or use automated systems in a way that harms other users.
